In our class for the next few weeks we will be dropping whatever work we are doing at 10am and completing our 10@10 !
10 at 10 is 10 minutes of activity/excercise at 10am. We are aiming to become more active, fitter and healthier! We have also been trying some mindfulness …some people nearly fell asleep!
