The Right Note is a new book in Mrs Gunning's and Mrs Brogan’s classes this year. In it we learn how to read notes, we learn new songs and about new instruments. Some songs are in English and others are in Irish. We learn how to write new songs and we learn about what keys are high and what are low keys on the piano.

We made Hallowe'en Ghosts with cotton wool and tissue. We used string to tie them all together. We put little signs between the ghosts and they said "Boo!". We got a black marker and dotted them to make eyes. We hung them from the ceiling and on the windows. When we hung them on the ceiling, the lights went out!
